摘　　要：目前大型甘蔗糖厂渗出法提汁工艺在国内属于空白。对国外现代化糖厂的渗出法工艺特点、优劣势做了简要介绍,并与压榨法在投资效益方面做了对比,可以供今后国内糖厂应用渗出法工艺项目借鉴参考。The leaching process of large sugar cane factories is a blank in China.This article briefly introduces the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the exudation process in modern sugar factories abroad,and compares it with the squeezing method in terms of investment benefits,which can be used as a reference for domestic sugar factories to apply the exudation process in the future.
