摘　　要：基于结构控制模式,构建基于CIPP评价模式的1+X证书质量评价指标体系,用于系统反馈1+X证书制度信息,强化其赋能经济社会发展、产业结构调整、行业发展和人的发展的四个导向,帮助职业院校有针对性地调整人才培养方案、开发专业课程、推动教育改革及改进管理措施,从而增强职业教育适应性,为教育行政部门的政策调整和改革提供实证依据。Constructing the 1+X certificate quality evaluation index system based on the CIPP evaluation mode used for systematic feedback about information of the certificate system can strengthen the four directions of enabling economic and social development,industrial structure adjustment,industrial development and human development,help vocational colleges and universities to adjust talent training programs,develop professional courses,promote education reform and improve management measures,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.It provides empirical evidence for the policy adjustment and reform of the education administrative department.
