摘 要:校长职级制是取消校长行政级别、促进校长专业发展、鼓励校长办学积极性的一次伟大创新。我国多省市已经开始积极探索中小学校长职级制改革,校长评价工作已经有了一定改善,但校长评价工作依然存在功利取向、工具取向以及单一取向的滞后性。职级制改革背景下的校长评价应该遵循“人本取向”“对话取向”“过程取向”“发展取向”的价值取向,从而促进校长评价工作的进一步改善,推动校长职级制的持续深度变革。The rank system of principals is a great innovation to cancel the administrative level of principals,promote the professional development of principals,and encourage the enthusiasm of principals in running schools.Many cities and provinces in China have begun to actively explore the reform of the rank system of principals in primary and secondary schools,and the evaluation of principals has been improved to a certain extent,but the evaluation of principals is still backward with the orientations of utilitarianism,instrumentality,and singleness.The evaluation of principals under the background of the rank system reform should follow the value orientation from the people-oriented,dialogue-oriented,process-oriented,and development-oriented aspects,so as to further improve the evaluation of principals and promote the continuous and in-depth reform of the principal rank system.
