摘　　要：该文贯穿立德树人总要求,以“红工匠”精神为引领,将CDIO理论与课程建设、课程思政、学科竞赛有机融合,提出适用于地方应用型大学人才培养的课赛融合“五位一体”教学改革新模式,体现了新工科对人才综合素养的要求,培育了学生的理想人格,提升了学生的政治素养,为提高机械类应用型人才的创新能力、团队协作能力和工程实践能力提出了一种新途径。Guided by the spirit of“Red Craftsman”,the general requirements of fostering virtue through education are integrated throughout this study and the CDIO theory is organically integrated with curriculum construction,ideological and political education,and discipline competitions.A new“five-in-one”teaching reform model based on the integration of professional courses and discipline competitions which is applicable to the training of talents in local application-oriented universities is proposed.The comprehensive quality requirements of new engineering talents are reflected,students’ideal personality is cultivated,and their political quality is improved too.A new way to improve the innovation ability,team cooperation ability and engineering practice ability of mechanical application-oriented talents is provided.
