摘　　要：为了更好地完善高校生物信息学课程设置,进一步提高生物信息学课程教学质量,实现应用型、创新型人才培养目标,结合生物信息学理论及上机课程的教学经验实践,在高校生物信息学教学中应用基于CDIO教育理念的教学模式,并在实际教学中进行了探索与尝试,让学生以实践为导向、以主动思考为动力,实现课程的有机整合和联系。In order to improve the curriculum setting and teaching quality of the Bioinformatics course in universities and achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents,combined with the teaching experience and practice of setting up theoretical and practical courses for Bioinformatics,the CDIO-based teaching mode is applied in the teaching of Bioinformatics in colleges and universities,and it is explored and tried in actual teaching,so that students can be practice-oriented and motivated by active thinking,and the organic integration of the course can be realized.
