摘  要:将红外联合热风干燥技术用于红枣切片的生产加工,以不同干燥温度、辐射距干燥条件下红枣切片的干燥时间及复水率作为评价指标,利用Design Export 8.0.6软件研究了干燥温度、辐射距离、辐射功率对红枣切片影响,并建立了二次多项回归模型,利用响应曲面优化各因素,选取合适的干燥工艺参数。基于响应曲面优化设计后得到最优的干燥工艺参数为干燥温度72.67℃、辐射距离151.99mm时、辐射功率为784.83W,预测平均干燥时间为192min,复水率为2.911。Joint adopts the infrared hot air drying used for cutting the red jujube production and processing,and utilization of different drying temperature,radiation distance under the condition of dry jujube slice of drying time and recovery ratio of water as evaluation index,using the Design Export 8.0.6 software,studies the distance,drying temperature,radiation,and infrared radiation power of far infrared radiation and dry jujube slice,A quadratic multiple regression model was established,and the response surface method was used to optimize the influencing factors to explore the far infrared radiation drying process parameters suitable for red date slices.According to the single factor experimental results,the optimal drying process parameters based on the response surface optimization design were as follows:The drying temperature was 72.67℃,the radiation distance was 151.99mm,the radiation power was 784.83W,the predicted average drying time was 192min,and the rehydration rate was 2.911.
