摘　　要：在文旅融合背景下,文旅市场对人才素养的需求发生了转变,立足于新阶段、新理念和新格局,高职教育应秉承育人之根本,瞄准文旅融合背景下新业态、新场景对高素质、复合型人才的缺口,从人文教育、课程体系、培养目标、专业发展、师资保障和地方特色的角度进行创新发展。Under the background of culture and tourism integration,the demand for talent quality from the culture and tourism market has changed.Based on the new stage,new concept and new pattern,higher vocational education should uphold the fundamental training and aim at the gap of high-quality and versatile talents.Innovation and development should be carried out from the perspectives of humanistic education,curriculum system,training objectives,professional development,teacher security,and local characteristics.
