当代高职大学生职业意识引导策略探究

摘　　要：作为中国未来建设的中坚力量的新时代大学生群体,要顺应新形势,肩负起国家兴亡的责任。对大学生而言,树立正确的职业意识,有着重要的意义。大学生职业意识引导方向决定了“为谁培养人、培养什么样的人”,大学生职业意识引导策略总结了大学生职业意识引导的六个途径,以促进大学生群体的职业素养与职业能力整体提升。In the new era,college students,as the backbone of China's future construction,are bound to adapt to the new situation and shoulder the responsibility of the rise and fall of the country.Establishing the correct career awareness is important for college students.The guidance direction of college students'career awareness determines"for whom we train talents,and what kind of talents we should cultivate",and the college students'career awareness guidance strategy summarizes six ways of college students'career awareness guidance to promote the overall improvement of their professional quality and vocational ability.
