大数据背景下高职档案管理的信息化建设探析

摘　　要：在大数据时代,信息化管理方式在各行各业中取得了很好的应用效果,改变了人们原有的思维和生活方式。学校档案管理业务需要实现数据信息的实时、高速采集和处理,从而大大提高现代化学校档案的统一管理和效率。大数据和云技术的应用,可以有效避免各种文件数据信息在实时快速处理和查询过程中出现的数据库错误。因此,信息化手段的快速发展,将直接影响到整个档案管理工作。基于此,就大数据背景下高职档案管理的信息化建设进行分析,采用文献法,探究相关的信息化管理建设并得出相关结论,以期能够为高职院校的综合发展奠定基础。In the era of big data,information-based management has achieved good results in all walks of life,changing people's original way of thinking and life.The business of school archives management needs to realize the real-time and high-speed collection and processing of data information,so as to improve the unified management efficiency of archives.The application of big data and cloud technology can effectively avoid database errors in the process of real-time fast processing and inquiring of various file data information.Therefore,the rapid development of information means will directly affect the archives management.Based on this,this paper analyzes the information construction of higher vocational archives management under the background of big data,adopts the literature method,explores the related information management construction,and draws relevant conclusion,in order to lay a foundation for the comprehensive development of higher vocational colleges.
