摘  要:在新工科建设的背景下,提升工科大学生的人文素养,是构建高水平人才培养体系的关键要素之一。该文分析人文素养的基本内涵和新工科建设中工科学生人文素养培养的必要性,根据电气工程专业教育中的人文素养教育现状,探讨电气工程专业课程教学中人文素养教育的实现途径和方式,为高校工科各专业的课程思政融入专业课程和新工科人才培养提供新的思路。Improving the humanistic qualities of Students of Engineering is one of the key elements for building a high-level talent training system under the background of new engineering construction.This paper analyzed the basic connotation of humanistic quality and the necessity of cultivating the humanistic qualities of engineering students in the construction of new engineering.According to the current situation of humanistic qualities education in electrical engineering this paper discussed the ways and means of humanistic quality cultivation in the professional courses teaching.It provides a new idea for the integration of ideological and political education into professional courses and for the cultivation of new engineering talents.
