以岗位需求为导向、以GSP模拟药房为依托对高职药学生药学服务能力提升的探讨

摘　　要：现代职业教育所倡导的“5个对接”指的是专业与职业岗位对接、教材与岗位技术标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接、学历证书与职业资格证书对接及职业教育与终身学习对接,可见,以岗位需求为导向的在校培养模式与“5个对接”是高度契合的。同时,广西卫生职业技术学院药学系的GSP模拟药房于2017年建成,逐步通过验收并投入使用,加上以企业行业共同参与编写的校本教材《药房实务》为基础进行实训内容的设计,若是能有效整合和使用现有的教学资源、创新教学模式,遵循以“岗位需求为导向”,培养出适应岗位需求的具有较高职业素质的药学服务专业技能型人才,缩短实习生胜任岗位工作的时间,提高实习企业对学生综合素质和综合能力的好评率等问题,终将会得以顺利解决。The"five docking"advocated by the modern vocational education refers to the docking of school profession and professional post,the docking of teaching materials and post technical standard,thedocking of teaching process and production process,the docking of qualifications and professional qualification certificate and the docking of vocational education and lifelong learning.Distinctly the training mode based on job demand in school and the"five docking"is highly fit.At the same time,the GSP simulation of pharmacy was build up in 2017,gradually passed the acceptance test and put into use.In addition,the enterprise and industry of pharmacy were invited to design and compile the teaching material"Pharmacy Practice".We intend to integrate and use the existing teaching resources,innovate the teaching mode,act up to the guidance of"jobs demand".And the problems of cultivating students with high professional quality,shortening the time of being qualified for the work position,improving favorable rate of students'comprehensive abilities from the enterprise will be solved smoothly.
