摘　　要：创新绩效提升是企业可持续发展的重要议题。已有研究构建了企业外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间的研究框架,但忽略了知识的网络特性。基于知识基础理论,文章从知识网络视角探讨了外部研发合作对企业创新绩效的影响以及知识网络在其间的作用机制,利用2010—2019年工业机器人领域203家企业的1117条发明专利数据,采用负二项回归、调节效应检验等方法开展实证研究。结果表明:外部研发合作促进企业创新绩效的提升;知识网络中心度对企业创新绩效具有“倒U”型影响,并对外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间的关系具有“倒U”型调节效应;知识网络结构洞对企业创新绩效具有“倒U”型影响,其正向调节外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间关系。研究内容丰富了关于外部研发合作与企业创新绩效之间关系的探讨,为知识网络特性在企业创新活动中的复杂作用提供了实证检验,研究结果对企业开展知识管理和优化创新决策具有借鉴意义。The improvement of innovation performance is an important issue for the sustainable development of enter⁃prises.Existing researches have constructed a research framework between external R&D cooperation and enterprise inno⁃vation performance,but ignored the network characteristics of knowledge.Based on the knowledge-based theory,this pa⁃per discusses the impact of external R&D cooperation on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of knowl⁃edge network and the role mechanism of knowledge network in it.Using the data of 1,117 invention patents of 203 enter⁃prises in the field of industrial robots from 2010 to 2019,this paper uses negative binomial regression,moderating effect test and other methods to carry out an empirical research.The results show that external R&D cooperation promotes the improvement of enterprise innovation performance;the centrality of knowledge network has an“inverted U”effect on en⁃terprise innovation performance,and has an“inverted U”moderating effect on the relationship between external R&D co⁃operation and enterprise innovation performance;knowledge network structure holes have an“inverted U”effect on enter⁃prise innovation performance,but positively moderate the relationship between external R&D cooperation and enterprise innovation performance.The research content enriches the discussion on the relationship between external R&D coopera⁃tion and enterprise innovation performance,and provides an empirical test for the complex role of knowledge network characteristics in enterprise innovation activities.The research results have reference significance for enterprises to carry out knowledge management and optimize innovation decision-making.
