高校师范生教育实习基地建设刍议

摘　　要：教育实习是高等院校培养师范生的必经环节,也是实现师范生由高校学生转变为教师角色的唯一教育实践。要实现学习与就业的有效衔接,毕业实习便显得尤为重要。稳定的高质量教育实习基地建设是确保师范生完成教学实践,提升教育技能的重要保障。教育实习基地的建设越来越受到教育行政主管部门、师范教育主体及实习单位的重视。教育实习基地是师范生提升教育实践能力的重要平台,也是师范教育教学审核评估、师范专业认证的重要考核指标,在教育实习基地的实习实践会提前增进师范生教育使命感和归属感,增强对教师职业的热爱,因此,社会各界应相互配合,共同促进高校师范生教育实习基地建设。Education practice is the only education practice to achieve the transformation of normal students from college students to teachers.To achieve an effective connection between learning and graduation work,the construction of stable high-quality education practice base is an important guarantee to ensure that normal school students complete teaching practice and improve their education skills.The education practice base is an important place for normal school students to improve their practical abilities,and is also an important assessment indicator for the evaluation of normal school education and certification of normal school majors.The practice in the education practice base will advance the sense of mission and belonging of normal school students,therefore,all sectors of society should cooperate with each other to jointly promote the construction of education practice base for normal school students in colleges.
