中职护生老年照护择业动机现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：了解中职护生老年照护择业动机的现状,并分析其主要影响因素,旨在为中职护生的老年照护择业动机干预提供理论借鉴。研究表明,中职护生老年照护择业动机得分处于中等偏上水平,仍有改善空间,可从是否有照顾老人的经验这一可调节因素入手,培养和引导中职护生积极正确的老年照护择业动机,引导中职护生向老年照护护理工作生涯转型,为老年护理人才的储备做好积极的准备工作。To learn the current state of the elderly care career-selection motivation of secondary vocational nursing students and analyze its main influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical reference for the intervention of the elderly care career-selection motivation of secondary vocational nursing students.The research shows that the scores of senior care career-selection motivation of secondary vocational nursing students are above the middle level,and there is still room for improvement.We can start with the adjustable factor of whether there is experience in caring for the elderly,cultivate and guide the positive and correct senior care career selection motivation of secondary vocational nursing students,guide the transition of secondary vocational nursing students to senior care career,and make positive preparations for the reserve of senior care talents.
