摘　　要：探讨应征抗疫后备队伍的护理专业学生职业认同感在职业使命感和职业自我效能感之间的中介作用。研究表明,抗疫护生后备队伍职业使命感、职业认同感、职业自我效能感处于中上水平,职业认同感在抗疫护生后备队伍职业使命感和职业自我效能感之间起中介作用,可通过加强职业认同教育提升职业自我效能感。This paper discussed the mediating role of professional identity between professional mission and professional self-efficacy of nursing students recruited for anti-epidemic reserve teams.The research shows that professional mission,professional identity and professional self-efficacy of the reserve team of anti-epidemic nursing students are in the upper-middle range.Professional identity plays an intermediary role between the sense of professional mission and professional self-efficacy of the reserve team of anti-epidemic nursing students.Professional self-efficacy can be improved by strengthening professional identity education.
