摘  要:实施国家教育数字化战略行动,对教师队伍数字化建设提出了新的要求。目前教师工作司从数字资源建设、有组织教师研修、教师管理与教师服务四个方面开展教师队伍数字化建设,在数字化助推学习、教学、管理、服务方面取得了明显成效。在课程资源的针对性与智能性,平台应用的丰富性与常态化,系统服务和支撑作用方面还有待加强提高。下一步应全面深入开展调查研究,根据教师需求,从资源与研修进一步提升教师信息化素养,利用大数据支撑教师队伍治理现代化,在信息化支撑教师服务,人工智能助推教师队伍建设等方面着力,推动教师队伍的高质量发展。The implementation of the national education digital initiative strategy has put forward new requirements for the digital construction of the teacher team.At present,the Department of Teacher Affairs,Ministry of Education has carried out the digital construction of the teacher team from four aspects:digital resource construction,organized teacher training,teacher management and teacher service,and has achieved obvious results in digital promotion of learning,teaching,management and service.The pertinence and intelligence of course resources,the richness and normalization of platform applications,and the system service and supporting role need to be strengthened.The next step should be to carry out comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research,according to the needs of teachers,from resources and training to further improve teachers’information literacy,use big data to support the modernization of teacher team governance,strengthen informatization to support teacher services,artificial intelligence to promote the construction of teachers,etc.,to promote the high-quality development of teachers.
