摘  要:目的:探讨在护理专业本科生的组织学与胚胎学的教学中融入课程思政的方法和效果。方法:选取本校护理专业本科生173人为研究对象,挖掘组织学与胚胎学蕴含的思政元素,通过案例讨论、学前导入、角色扮演、第二课堂、撰写心得体会等方式将思政教育融入专业教育,以调查问卷进行效果评价。结果:学生对教学模式的改革满意度比较高,并认为课程思政在融入过程中的实施细节,如思政元素的阐述、时长、与专业匹配度等方面有待调整。结论:课程思政在护理专业本科生的组织学与胚胎学教学中的融入,顺应时代的需求,在提高教学质量的同时,有助于提升学生的人文素养,为培养新时代的护理人才奠定基础。Objective:To explore the method and effect of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the teaching of histology and embryology in nursing specialty.Methods:A total of 173 undergraduate nursing students from the college were selected as the research objects.The ideological and political elements contained in histology and embryology were explored,then the ideological and political education was integrated into the professional education through case discussions,introduction before classes,roles playing,the second classroom,writing personal feelings and so on.Questionnaires were used for effect evaluation.Results:Students'satisfaction with the reform of the teaching model was relatively high.And they thought that some details in the process of curriculum ideological and education needed to be adjusted,such as the discussion about the ideological and political elements,the length of time,and the matching with specialty.Conclusion:The integration of curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of histology and embryology in nursing specialty conforms to the needs of the time.Besides improving the quality of teaching,it is also helpful in increasing the humanistic quality of students and laying the foundation for cultivating nursing talents in the new era.
