摘 要:目的 在麻醉复苏室教学活动的实际开展过程中,分析情景模拟教学法的临床应用价值。方法 将2019年度接收的麻醉复苏室规培生作为对照组研究对象,对本组学生采用常规方式组织教学,将2020年度接收的麻醉复苏室规培生作为观察组研究对象,对本组学生采用情景模拟教学法组织教学。结果 相比于对照组来说,观察组在教学之后技能操作考核成绩以及理论考核成绩均相对更高,规培生自身对于麻醉复苏室环境的适应度整体更高。结论 在实际落实麻醉复苏室教学活动的过程中,相比于常规的教学方法,采用情景模拟教学法组织教学有着更好的教学效果,不仅能够有效提升学生自身对麻醉复苏室环境的适应能力,同时能够有效促进学生理论素养以及技能操作素养的整体提升,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To analyze clinical application value of situational simulation teaching method in actual implementation of teaching activities in anesthesia and resuscitation room.Methods The paper chose 20 regular trainees received anesthesia resuscitation room teaching in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as study objects,and regular trainees with anesthesia resuscitation room teaching in 2019 were included in control group,with routine method to organize teaching,those received anesthesia resuscitation room teaching in 2020 were included in observation group,with situational simulation teaching method to organize teaching.Results was compared between two groups.Observation group had relatively higher scores in skill operation and theoretical assessment after receiving teaching,trainees had higher overall adaptability to environment of anesthesia resuscitation room than control group.Conclusion In actual implementation of teaching activities in anesthesia resuscitation room,compared with routine teaching methods,situational simulation teaching method has better teaching effect to organize teaching,can improve adaptability of students to anesthesia resuscitation room environment effectively,promote overall theoretical literacy and skill operation literacy of students,which has high promotion value.
