摘　　要：肝细胞癌(HCC)是目前世界范围内发病率与致死率均较高的恶性肿瘤,其发病机制较为复杂,与众多癌基因的异常激活有关。Jun转录因子家族是激活剂蛋白-1(AP-1)成员之一,其家族成员包括JunB、c-Jun、JunD和v-Jun,通过激活或抑制多种靶基因转录,参与多种癌症的发生发展。近年来,研究发现Jun转录因子家族参与调控肝癌细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡等多种细胞功能,与HCC的发生发展密不可分。本文就Jun转录因子家族成员与HCC发生发展的研究进展进行综述。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality worldwide currently.The pathogenesis of HCC is relatively complex,which is related to the abnormal activation of many oncogenes.Jun transcription factor family is one of the members of activator protein-1(AP-1).Its family members include JunB,c-Jun,JunD and v-Jun.It participates in the occurrence and development of many cancers by activating or inhibiting the transcription of many target genes.In recent years,studies have found that Jun transcription factor family is involved in regulating the proliferation,migration,apoptosis and other cellular functions of hepatocellular carcinoma cells,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.This paper reviews the research progress of Jun transcription factor family members and the occurrence and development of HCC.
