摘　　要：本文以广东省社会工作发展历程为例,从国家—社会关系演变的历史脉络反思政府购买社会工作服务准市场化异化问题。通过系统阐述“国家办社会”与“市场办社会”两种发展模式的过程及其经验教训,基于“政府归位”的“双百”社会工作实践经验,探讨中国特色社会工作可能的发展道路——国家直聘社会工作者且将社工站(点)建设成为国家社会建设的事业单位,以确保社会工作职业化发展。Based on the evolution of the state-society relationship in China,this article reflects on the alienation of the quasi-marketization of the state procurement of social work services by discussing the development of social work in Guangdong.Through a systematic exposition of the development process and lessons learned from the two forms of development models:“state-led society”and“market-led society”,and the practical experience of the“Double Hundred”program based on the idea of“A Returning Government”,this article explores a possible development path of social work with Chinese characteristics:The government directly hires social workers and transforms the social work stations(sites)into public institution for social construction,which will ensure the professional development of social work.
