摘　　要：高质量发展既是高等教育适应经济社会发展的现实要求,也是普及化背景下高等教育自身发展的历史必然,是今后很长一个时期引领高等教育发展的时代主题。在当今国家提出引导新建普通本科高校向应用技术类型高校转型后,陇东学院被确定为转型试点院校,学校抢抓高等教育发展的历史机遇,进一步明确办学定位、凝练办学特色、转变办学方式,深入分析学校教学工作面临的机遇和挑战,全面构建教学工作高质量发展的新格局,扎实推进高水平应用型大学建设。High-quality development is not only the realistic requirement of higher education to adapt to the economic and social development,but also the historical necessity of the development of higher education in the context of popularization.It is also the theme of the era leading the development of higher education for a long time to come.After the state proposed to guide the transformation of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to application-oriented colleges and universities,Longdong University was determined as a pilot college for transformation.The college seized the historical opportunity of the development of higher education,further clarified the orientation of running schools,refined the characteristics of running schools,changed the way of running schools,in-depth analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the school’s teaching work,comprehensively constructed a new pattern of high-quality development of teaching work,and solidly promoted the construction of high-level application-oriented universities.
