摘 要:以通风性能参数检测装置为基础,开展稻谷粮堆通风阻力特性研究试验,试验结果表明:随着粮面表观风速和风量的增加,稻谷粮堆的单位粮层阻力、穿网阻力均随之增加,呈明显正相关,且多项式二次函数的拟合度更高,但穿网阻力的增长幅度低于单位粮层阻力的增长幅度。风量和通风方式对稻谷粮堆的通风均匀度影响不大,粮层较薄时通风均匀度相对较差。The experiment of resistance characteristics in rice was studied by the testing device of ventilation performance parameter,the results showed that with the increase of surface wind speed and ventilation volume,the resistance of unit grain layer and the resistance of net are increase.The surface wind speed and the ventilation volume of rice are positively correlated with the resistance of unit grain layer and the resistance of net,and the polynomial quadratic function has higher fitting degree.But the increasing range of the resistance through the net is lower than that of unit grain layer.The ventilation volume and ventilation modes have little influence on the ventilation uniformity of rice,and the ventilation uniformity is relatively lower when the grain layer is thinner.
