摘  要:青年教师导师制是促使青年教师提高教学能力的一个重要手段。市属高职院校由于人、财、物等教育资源配置的短缺,在推行青年教师导师制过程中,常常忽视对青年教师教学能力提升方面的引导,以致实施环节流于形式,无法取得实效。针对市属高职院校青年教师导师制实施制约的成因展开剖析,提出在明确指导目标和指导内容、建立保障机制等方面的改进策略。The mentor system for young teachers is an important means to help young teachers improve their teaching abilities.Due to the shortage of educational resources such as personnel,finances,and materials in municipal vocational colleges,the guidance for improving the teaching abilities of young teachers is often overlooked during the implementation of the mentor system,which leads to a situation where the implementation becomes merely a formality and progress is difficult,resulting in ineffective outcomes.This article analyzes the causes of the constraints on the implementation of the mentor system for young teachers in municipal vocational colleges,and proposes improvement strategies in terms of clarifying guidance goals and content,and establishing guarantee mechanisms.
