摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的实施进程中,人才是关键所在,受制于各类因素的影响,当前乡村地区的优质人才短缺,高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成,需承担起为乡村振兴战略培育优质人才的任务。基于此,探索农林高职院校在乡村振兴中的历史使命,提出乡村振兴背景下高职农林人才培养模式的创新策略。In the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,talents are the key.Affected by various factors,there is a shortage of high-quality talents in rural areas.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges need to undertake the task of cultivating high-quality talents for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper explores the historical mission of agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges in rural revitalization,and puts forward the innovative strategy of agricultural and forestry talent training mode in higher vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.
