摘 要:教师发展对高校师资队伍建设具有重要意义。为提高教师的综合素质能力,日本本科职业教育院校采取了一系列策略来推动教师发展的高质量开展。这些策略包括设置专门化的组织管理机构、采取多样化的教师发展方式、建设共享化的教师发展资源、制定综合化的教师发展内容以及开展专业化的教师发展评价。我国可以借鉴相关理念和经验,推动本科职业教育教师发展的不断深化和人才培养质量的持续提升。Faculty development is of great significance to the construction of faculty in colleges and universities.In order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of faculty,Japanese institutions of undergraduate-level higher vocational education have adopted a series of strategies to promote the high-quality development of faculty.These strategies include setting up specialized organization and management institutions,adopting diversified methods of faculty development,building shared faculty development resources,formulating comprehensive faculty development contents and carrying out professional faculty development evaluation.China can learn from relevant concepts and experiences to promote the continuous deepening of faculty development and the continuous improvement of the quality of talent training in the institutions of undergraduate-level higher vocational education.
