摘 要:数字技术革命正逐渐成为驱动全球价值链分工演变与发展的新引擎,如何利用数字技术提升制造企业全球价值链地位成为亟待研究的现实问题,但鲜有研究深入讨论。文章以2008—2016年A股制造业上市公司数据为样本,基于资源编排理论,探讨数字技术对制造企业全球价值链地位攀升的影响效果及其作用机制。研究发现,数字技术与知识资源、市场资源捆绑,能够促进制造企业全球价值链地位攀升,且这一结论在稳健性检验和内生性检验后仍保持成立。机制检验证实,数字技术与知识资源捆绑可以通过提高企业创新能力,推动制造企业全球价值链地位攀升。同时,数字技术与市场资源捆绑则有助于增强企业服务能力,进而提升制造企业全球价值链地位。进一步研究发现,数字技术对制造企业全球价值链地位攀升的赋能作用在高行业研发投入与高市场丰腴度的样本组中更为显著。研究结论为揭示数字技术赋能的理论逻辑,破解中国制造企业全球价值链锁定困局,助推制造企业全球价值链地位攀升提供了经验证据。Currently,Chinese manufacturing enterprises are restricted in the low value-added link of the global value chain due to the technological and market blockade of developed countries.As a new engine driving the evolution of the global val‐ue chain,the digital technology revolution brings opportunities for manufacturing enterprises to break through the global value chain dilemma.From the resource-based theory perspective,digital technology is usually regarded as a unique enterprise re‐source.Although this theory can explain that the competitive advantage of enterprises comes from digital resources,it fails to answer the formation mechanism of the transformation of digital resources into a competitive advantage.Therefore,how to use digital technology to enhance the global value chain position of manufacturing enterprises has become a practical problem to be studied urgently,but few studies have been discussed it in depth.Based on the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2008 to 2016,this paper discusses the impact of digi‐tal technology on the global value chain status of manufacturing enterprises.It is found that digital resource is the economic attribute of digital technology,which can promote the development of manufacturing enterprises.Digital technology,combined with knowledge resources and market resources,can promote the global value chain status of manufacturing enterprises,and this conclusion still holds after the robustness test.The mechanism test confirms that the bundling of digital technology and knowledge resources can promote the global value chain position of manufacturing enterprises by improving innovation abili‐ty.At the same time,digital technology and market resources can help to enhance the service capacity,and then enhance the global value chain position of manufacturing enterprises.Further research shows that the promotion effect of digital technolo‐gy on the global value chain position of manufacturing enterprises is more significant in the sample group with high indu
