知识共享视角下产教融合型企业的意蕴、障碍与路径

摘  要:知识共享是知识接受者主动接受和吸收知识拥有者传递的知识,使知识在不同主体之间流动,实现技能习得的过程。从知识共享的视角来看,产教融合型企业是指那些生产商品的同时,具有知识共享的意愿、实施知识共享的行为、得到知识共享的结果,兼具人才培养功能的企业。现实中,产教融合型企业建设却面临知识主体缺乏共享意愿、企业缺乏支持知识共享的文化、科层制组织结构阻碍企业知识共享以及缺乏支撑知识共享的技术环境等障碍。为此,产教融合型企业的生成需要构建知识共享的信任与激励机制、塑造支持知识共享的企业文化、构建扁平化柔性化的企业组织结构以及搭建支持知识共享的物质技术设施等。Knowledge sharing is a process in which knowledge recipients actively accept and absorb knowledge transmitted by knowledge owners,and then acquire new knowledge.From the perspective of knowledge sharing,an enterprise that integrates industry and education refers to an enterprise that has the willingness to share knowledge,implements the behavior of knowledge sharing,and obtains the result of knowledge sharing,thus having the dual functions of commodity industry and personnel training.In reality,the formation of a industry-education-integrated enterprise faces obstacles such as the lack of knowledge subjects'willingness to share knowledge,the lack of a culture that supports knowledge sharing,the bureaucratic organizational structure that hinders enterprise knowledge sharing,and the lack of a technical environment that supports knowledge sharing.To this end,the formation of a industryeducation-integrated enterprise requires the establishment of a trust and incentive mechanism for knowledge sharing,a learning corporate culture that supports knowledge sharing,a flat and flexible corporate organizational structure,and material and technical facilities that support knowledge sharing.
