医学院校提升思政课实践教学实效性的路径探究

摘　　要：实践教学是实现思政课铸魂育人的关键环节,针对当前思政课实践教学存在的问题,医学院校应当充分利用特色优势和结合医学生自身特点,构建独具特色的实践教学路径以提升思想政治理论课育人的实效性,即以加强思政课实践教学队伍建设为抓手,提高实践教学质量;以整合思政课实践教学资源为载体,打造实践教学平台;以多主体参与思政课实践教学为保障,构筑实践协同育人机制;以医学元素融入思政课实践教学为主线,彰显医学院校实践教学特色。文章分析了目前医学院校思政课实践教学的现状,提出了提升医学院校思政课实践教学实效性的四大基本路径。Practical teaching is the key link to realize the soul cultivation of ideological and political courses.In view of the problems existing in the current practical teaching of ideological and political courses,medical colleges and universities should make full use of the unique advantages and combine the characteristics of medical students to build a unique practical teaching path to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,that is,to strengthen the construction of practical teaching team of ideological and political courses as a starting point to improve the quality of practical teaching.Build a practical teaching platform by integrating practical teaching resources of ideological and political courses.With the guarantee of multi-subjects participating in the practical teaching of ideological and political courses,build a mechanism of practical cooperation and education.Take the integration of medical elements into practical teaching of ideological and political courses as the main line,and highlight the characteristics of practical teaching in medical colleges.This paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in medical colleges and puts forward four basic ways to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in medical colleges.
