摘　　要：中医之湿包括外湿和内湿,关于内湿的报道很多,而专门针对外湿的研究较少。人体有感知温、痛、触、压、光、声等外界刺激的感受器,通过神经传导到中枢而被感知。外感六淫中只有外湿是难以被人体感知的,目前,还没有发现人体专门针对“湿”的感受器。虽不可感知,但机体可以针对外湿出现相应的生理、病理改变,外湿是可以被“感受”的。目前的研究已经证实外湿可以引起肠道菌群的改变,虽然还不清楚外湿是如何作用于肠道菌群,但已经发现外湿可通过调节肠道菌群而影响肠道黏膜屏障功能、免疫炎症功能以及消化代谢功能。在外湿的非神经性“传导”过程中,肠道菌群似乎起到了“感受器”的作用,而肠道黏膜上皮起到了“效应器”的作用。外湿与多种慢性病相关,研究外湿的现代医学本质可以帮助了解外湿致病的机制和湿证的本质,从而进行针对性的预防和治疗。Dampness of TCM includes External Dampness and Internal Dampness.There are many reports on Internal Damp-ness,but few studies on External Dampness.The human body has sensory receptors that sense external stimuli such as tempera-ture,pain,touch,pressure,light and sound,which are transmitted to the central nervous system and perceived.Only External Dampness is difficult to be perceived by the human body.At present,there is no specific sensory receptor for"dampness"in the human body.Although imperceptible,the body can have corresponding physiological and pathological changes for External Damp-ness,which can be"felt".Current studies have confirmed that External Dampness can cause changes in intestinal flora.Al-though it is unclear how External Dampness acts on intestinal flora,it has been found that External Dampness can affect intestinal mucosal barrier function,immune inflammation function and digestive and metabolic function by regulating gut flora.In the process of non neural"conduction"of External Dampness,the intestinal flora seems to play the role of"sensory receptor",while the intestinal mucosal epithelium plays the role of"effector".External Dampness is related to a variety of chronic diseases.Stud-ying the modern medical essence of External Dampness can help to understand the pathogenic mechanism of External Dampness and the essence of Dampness Syndrome,so as to carry out targeted prevention and treatment.
