摘　　要：乡村教师是推动乡村教育高质量发展的关键要素。文章首先梳理教育信息化支持下的乡村教师队伍建设的内涵、困境及国内外相关文献,接着基于西部X省的大规模调研,从信息化教学环境、教师研修与培训以及信息化教学能力三个方面分析教育信息化背景下乡村教师队伍建设现状,在此基础上提出教育信息化促进乡村教师队伍建设的策略建议:筑牢教育信息化基础设施建设,完善乡村学校管理保障机制;开拓乡村教师专业发展路径,优化教师考核与评价体系;提升乡村教师信息化教学能力,强化信息化教学反思。研究结果可为教育信息化促进乡村振兴和教育高质量发展提供有价值的决策和实践参考。Rural teachers are the key element to promote the high-quality development of rural education. Facing the new opportunities, requirements and challenges of the new era, this study firstly sorted out the connotation,dilemma and related literatures about rural teacher team construction under the support of educational informatization, and then based on the large-scale survey in X Province of Western China, analyzed the current situation of rural teacher team construction under the background of educational informatization from three aspects: information-based teaching environment, teacher training, and information-based teaching abilities. On this basis, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions on promoting the rural teacher team construction by educational informatization, including: 1) building a solid education informatization infrastructure and improving the management and guarantee mechanism of rural schools;2) developing the professional development path of rural teachers and optimizing the assessment and evaluation system of rural teachers;3) improving the information-based teaching ability of rural teachers, and guiding teachers to carry out the reflection on information-based teaching. The results of the study can provide valuable references for decision-making and practice in promoting rural revitalization and high-quality education development in the western region.
