摘　　要：本文对20批专项抽查食品接触用植物纤维模塑产品的检测结果进行了分析,其中三聚氰胺迁移量不合格为8批次,1批次特定迁移总量(以甲醛计)不合格,标签标识项目均为不合格。根据抽查检测结果,重点从标识要求、标识内容、标识使用情况以及标识符合标准情况等方面分析标签标识检测项目不合格的主要原因,分别从三聚氰胺迁移量、特定迁移总量(以甲醛计)和标签标识等3个方面进行了质量安全风险分析,并根据风险分析情况提出了防控对策。In this paper,the test results of 20 batches of vegetable fiber molding products for food contact were analyzed.Among them,8 batches of melamine migration were unqualified,1 batch of specific migration(calculated by formaldehyde)was unqualified,and the label identification items were unqualified.According to the results of the spot check,the main reasons for the unqualified label identification test items were analyzed from the aspects of identification requirements,identification content,identification usage and compliance with standards.The quality and safety risk analysis was carried out from three aspects,including the migration amount of melamine,the specific migration amount(calculated by formaldehyde)and the label identification,and the prevention and control measures were put forward according to the risk analysis.
