摘 要:目的:探讨新冠疫情常态化防控下泌尿外科手术视频素材库建设及其在住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法:先建立泌尿外科手术视频素材库,再选取109名在本科室接受规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组开展常规小讲课教学;试验组在小讲课中配合使用手术视频教学。轮转结束后所有学生进行考试,并填写调查问卷了解学生反馈,量化后进行统计学分析。结果:通过在小讲课中引入手术视频教学,明显提高了规培生的理论考试成绩,但是对操作考试成绩影响不大;调查问卷显示,试验组学生学习兴趣和学习互动两项较对照组有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:将手术视频素材库引入外科住培教学中,可提高学生理论学习成绩,加强教学互动,提升学习兴趣,并可应对新冠疫情常态化防控措施的影响。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of urologic operation videos application in surgical residents standardized training in COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:From September 2020 to December 2021,109 residents were enrolled.58 of them were chosen as study group while the other 51 in control group.Residents in study group were taught by using urologic operation videos while control group using traditional method.Quiz and plotted questionnaires were designed for them.Results:The scores in study group were higher than control group.Students in study group showed more interests and interactions.Conclusions:Application of urologic operation videos can increase students'overall performance such as higher score,more interests and interaction.It can also deal with the impact of COVID-19 pandemic.
