摘  要:针对目前甘肃中医药大学中药学专业学生普遍存在的专业思想不稳固、化学基础薄弱、综合素质较差等问题,以学生为中心,依据产出导向原则,把握学科交叉与融合,契合专业特点,对有机化学理论教学内容进行优化,构建有机实验教学新体系,激发学生学习兴趣,强化基础知识,重视应用,切实使有机化学成为指导学生实践、促进学生专业学习的“工具”,为培养具备综合创新能力的中药学人才奠定基础。通过对甘肃中医药大学2019级中药学A、B班(137人)的有机化学理论和实验教学效果进行满意度问卷调查,结果显示,学生对本门课程的重要性认识、授课内容理解、授课方式接受以及实验过程参与、基本技能掌握等均达到90%以上的满意度,且平均成绩比2018级高8.2分,不及格率比2018级下降15%。In view of the current problems of dubious professional thinking, weak chemical foundation and less good comprehensive quality of the students majoring in Chinese meteria medica in Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine, starting from the perspective of stimulating students’ interest in learning organic chemistry, enhancing comprehensive professional quality, the present paper optimized the theory content of organic chemistry and constructed a new teaching system of organic chemistry experiment to strengthen the mastery of basic knowledge and attaches importance to the actual application, which based on the interdisciplinary integration, output-oriented, and“student-centered”concept.The purpose of this work is to make organic chemistry become a “tool” to guide students’ practice and promote students’ professional course study, and lay a foundation for cultivating Chinese meteria medica talents with comprehensive innovation ability.Through a questionnaire survey on the theoretical and experimental teaching effects of organic chemistry in Class A and Class B of Chinese meteria medica(137 students) of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine in 2019,the results show that more than 90% students are satisfied with the importance of this course, understanding of teaching content, acceptance of teaching methods, participation in the experimental process, and mastery of basic skills, and the average score is 8.2 points higher than that of grade 2018,and the failure rate is 15% lower than that of grade 2018.
