西京学院有机化学课程应用型教学改革探索

摘　　要：培养应用型人才是我国部分地方本科高校稳定发展的必然趋势。作者立足于西京学院应用化学专业的建设现状,以有机化学课程教学为着手点,分析传统教学中面临生源素质薄弱、课程内容繁多、教学方式单一、考核评价陈旧等四个客观问题,尝试从优化教学内容、丰富教学方式、完善考核机制等三方面进行应用型改革,尤其在教学全过程贯彻学以致用的育人理念,期望实现高素质应用型人才的有效培养。Cultivating applied talents is an inevitable trend for the stable development of some local universities in China.Based on the current situation of the construction of Applied Chemistry major in Xijing University,the teaching of Organic Chemistry was taked as the starting point,the four objective problems in traditional teaching were analyzed,such as the weak quality of students,the wide range of curriculum contents,the single teaching method,and the outdated assessment and evaluation,trying to carry out the applied reform from three aspects of optimizing the teaching content,enriching the teaching methods and perfecting the examination mechanism,especially carrying out the education idea of learning for application in the whole teaching process,it was expected to realize the effective cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
