摘  要:教育评价事关教育发展方向,是高等教育改革的重要环节。中医药作为人类自然科学和社会科学的结晶,承载了中华民族几千年的文化与历史,在现代世界医学教育中独具特色,对传统医学教育改革与发展具有引领作用,中医药人才考评机制也伴随中医药事业发展历史经历了重重变迁。面向新时代中医药传承创新发展的新使命和“十四五”中医药高等教育高质量发展的新要求,本文通过对我国中医药人才考评体系开展历史回顾,对每个时期的人才考评状况进行分析,以期为现代中医药教育评价体系的改革提供参考,为中医药教育事业高质量发展和促进中医药传承创新发展赋能。Education evaluation is related to the direction of education development,is an important link of higher education reform.As the crystallization of human natural science and social science,traditional Chinese medicine carries thousands of years of Chinese culture and history.It has unique characteristics in modern world medical education and plays a leading role in the reform and development of traditional medical education.The evaluation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine talents has also undergone numerous changes with the development history of traditional Chinese medicine.Facing the new mission of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation development in the new era and the new requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"for high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine higher education construction,this paper reviews the history of the system of traditional Chinese medicine talent assessment in our country and analyzes the status of human resource assessment in each period,so as to explore the way for reform of the evaluation system of modern traditional Chinese medicine education.To enable the high-quality development of TCM education and promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM.
