摘  要:“三全育人”不仅是高校育人项目、载体和资源的整合,也是育人格局、制度和标准的长期重建。改革传统教育模式,推进辅导员与思想政治教师的协同教育,是当前高校“三全育人”教育的重点。两个团队之间的合作仍然存在许多问题和挑战。本文对高校协同育人的必要性、广泛性、现实矛盾及解决方法进行了阐述,为高校学生协同育人的有效开展提供一定的理论支持,为思想政治教育研究提供一些思路。The“Three-all Education”is not only the integration of university education projects,carriers and resources,but also the long-term reconstruction of education patterns,systems and standards.Reforming the traditional education model and promoting the collaborative education of counselors and ideological and political teachers are the focus of current“three-all education”in universities.There are still many problems and challenges in the cooperation between the two teams.This paper elaborates on the necessity,extensiveness,contradictions and solutions of universities'collaborative education,provides some theoretical support for the effective development of collaborative education,and offers some ideas to the research of ideological and political education.
