摘 要:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对高职院校体育教师课程思政能力的要求、存在的问题和提升策略进行了系统研究。研究认为:高职院校的体育教师既要引领学生的体育学习意识与锻炼习惯,还要塑造学生的体育品德修养和价值观念,以推动学生的身心健康成长与全面发展。目前高职院校体育教师的课程思政能力还存在一些问题,主要表现在思想上对开展课程思政重要性的认知不足;行动上对提高自身思政素养的觉悟性不高;业务上缺乏开展课程思政的教学能力等。建议通过树立课程思政育人理念、提升个人思想品德素养、培养课程思政教学能力和配置学习成长平台资源等措施来提升高职院校体育教师的课程思政能力。This paper makes systematic research on the requirements,existing problems and improving strategies of the ideological and political ability of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges by means of literature and logical analysis.The research finds that physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges should not only lead students sports learning consciousness and exercise habits,but also shape students sports moral cultivation and value concept,so as to promote students physical and mental healthy growth and all-round development.At present,there are still some problems in the curriculum ideological and political ability of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges,including insufficient curriculum ideological and political consciousness and ability.It is suggested to improve the curriculum ideological and political ability of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges by establishing the curriculum ideological and political education concept,improving personal ideological and moral quality,cultivating the curriculum ideological and political teaching ability and allocating the learning and growth platform resources.
