摘 要:本文基于南京工程学院有关项目教学的应用型人才培养经验,在新工科教育理念指导下,面向产业发展需求,聚焦学生大工程观塑造,着眼学生解决复杂工程问题能力提升和创新创业能力培养,以产教融合为途径,以项目教学为突破,以课程改革为核心,探索和实施“大课程、小项目、全要素”的应用型人才培养综合改革,显著提升了人才培养质量和应用办学能力,构建了应用型人才培养新模式,对同类高校人才培养模式改革具有较高借鉴推广价值。This paper is based on the training experience of the project teaching of application-oriented talents in Nanjing Institute of Technology,under the guidance of the new engineering education concept,facing the needs of industrial development,focusing on the shaping of students’concept of big engineering,the improvement of their ability to solve complex engineering problems,and the cultivation of their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,taking the integration of industry and education as the approach,taking project teaching as the breakthrough,and taking curriculum reform as the core.Nanjing Institute of Technology explored and implemented the comprehensive reform of“large courses,small projects and all elements”applied talents training,significantly improved the quality of talent training and the ability to apply education,and constructed a new model of application-oriented talent cultivation,which had high reference and promotion value for the reform of talent cultivation model in similar colleges and universities.
