摘 要:高职院校专业群治理应遵循产业需求、人才培养、组织运行三重逻辑内在要求。基于实践样态归纳分析,专业群治理模式可进行“产业聚焦深度”“利益牵绊程度”“组织管理强度”三维度分类。“利益牵绊程度”为逻辑主线,另两个维度为支线,专业群治理可分为“实体融合”“联盟协作”“院校主导”三种模式,每种模式的专业群产教协同关系、组织形态、课程体系架构与教学运行机制存在鲜明差异。专业群治理创新应科学建构与区域产业集群耦合匹配的专业群,搭建产教协同的育人治理平台,优化专业群组织管理体系。The innovation of specialty group governance in higher vocational colleges should follow the inherent requirements of the triple logic of industrial demand,organizational operation and talent training.Based on the induction and analysis of practice patterns of specialty group governance,specialty group governance models can be classified from three basic dimensions:“depth of industry focus”,“degree of interest hindrance”and“organizational management intensity”.With the“degree of interest entanglement”as the logical main line of classification,and the other two dimensions as the branch lines,specialty group governance can be divided into three typical governance models:“entity integration”,“alliance cooperation”,and“institution led”.Under each governance model,there are distinct differences in the industrial and educational collaboration,organizational form,curriculum system architecture,and teaching operation mechanism of specialty groups.The governance innovation of specialty groups should scientifically build specialty groups that are coupled and matched with regional industrial clusters,build an education governance platform for industry education collaboration,and optimize the organization and management system of professional clusters.
