摘　　要：文艺活动不仅是校园文化建设的关键,而且是高职院校实现文艺育德的重要渠道,更是培养学生的精神素养、助力学生进行人格塑造的关键,具有思想引领价值、培养育人价值、凝聚认同价值和心理调节价值。为保证高职院校文艺活动德育功能的落实成效,文章从以人为本立正站位、思想引领把握方位、特色活动定居高位、线上线下明确定位四个方面进行研究,旨在使高职院校文艺活动做到学思践悟、知行合一。Literary and artistic activities are not only the key to the construction of campus culture,but also the important channel to realize the artistic and moral education in higher vocational colleges.They are also the key to cultivate students'spiritual quality and help students shape their personality.They have the value of ideological guidance,cultivation of educational value,cohesion and recognition value and psychological adjustment value.In order to ensure the implementation effect of the moral education function of the literary and artistic activities in higher vocational colleges,the article conducts research from four aspects:people-oriented standing,ideological guidance and orientation,characteristic activities settling in high positions,and clear positioning online and offline,aiming to make the literary and artistic activities in higher vocational colleges achieve the practice of learning and thinking,unity of knowledge and practice.
