基于1+X证书标准的高职专业人才培养模式研究——以软件技术专业为例

摘　　要：软件行业技术更新快,对于软件从业人才的要求也在不断变化。如果高职院校软件技术专业教育教学改革跟不上时代发展步伐,则容易出现专业定位不准确、人才培养体系模糊的问题。基于上述问题,广西生态工程职业技术学院通过分析Web前端1+X证书中典型工作任务,提炼核心技能要求,重新构建软件技术专业人才培养模式,通过产教融合的方式实施岗课赛证融通改革,以期持续性提升专业教育的教学实践能力,大力培养软件技术专业高素质复合型技术技能人才。The technology of software industry is updating rapidly,and the requirements for software professionals are also changing.If the education and teaching reform of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges can not keep up with the pace of development of the times,it is easy to have the problems of inaccurate specialty orientation and vague talent training system.Based on the above problems,Guangxi ecological engineering vocational and technical college,by analyzing the typical work tasks in the web front-end 1+X certificate,refining the core skill requirements,re-constructing the training mode of software technology professionals,and implementing the reform of post-course competition and certificate integration through the integration of production and education,with a view to continuously improving the teaching practice ability of professional education,and vigorously cultivating high-quality and complex technical talents in software technology.
