摘  要:大学制度文化建设是大学文化建设的根本。多数高校的分校区由于办学地点与主校区距离较远,导致分校区制度文化建设与主校区存在文化分野。所以,高校分校区的制度文化建设问题应该给予足够的重视,它是大学文化建设的重要组成部分,也是“三全育人”综合改革的重要内容之一。该文从剖析大学制度文化建设的内涵入手,归纳高校分校区制度文化建设现状,并探讨了高校分校区文化建设的优化创新之路。The construction of university system culture is the foundation of university culture construction.Most of the branch campuses of colleges and universities are far away from the main campus due to the distance between the school location and the main campus,which leads to the cultural separation between the branch campus system culture construction and the main campus.Therefore,enough attention should be paid to the system and culture construction of university branch areas,which is an important part of university culture construction and also one of the important contents of the comprehensive reform of"three complete education".This paper starts from analyzing the connotation of university system culture construction,summarizes the current situation of university branch campus system culture construction,and discusses the optimization and innovation of university branch campus culture construction.
