Retrospect and Prospect: 20 Years’ Development of Gastric Cancer Medical Team in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital

摘　　要：我国是胃癌高发区,且晚期患者多,生存率低,严重威胁人民群众生命健康。浙江省肿瘤医院胃癌诊疗团队成立以来,聚焦胃癌预防、早筛、早诊早治、多学科规范诊疗及康复等全过程,通过技术创新,诊疗标准化和规范化,多学科协作以及基础临床研究相结合等显著提升了胃癌诊疗水平,患者5年生存期明显延长,生存质量显著提高。值此建院60周年之际,全文系统回顾近20年来浙江省肿瘤医院胃外科的建设发展历程,以期不忘初心,踔厉奋发打造一流学科。The incidence of gastric cancer is high in China with many advanced stage patients, and a low survival rate, which seriously threatens the health of the people. In the past 20 years since the establishment of the gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment team of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, we have focused on the whole process of occurrence and development of gastric cancer, including prevention, early screening, multidisciplinary standardized diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation. Through technical innovation, standardized diagnosis and treatment, multidisciplinary cooperation, and the combination of basic and clinical research, we have significantly improved the level of diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. The five-year survival rate has been significantly increased, and the quality of life has been improved. On the occasion of the sixtieth anniversary of the hospital, this article systematically reviews the development process of the Gastric Surgery Department in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital in the past 20 years, with a view to not forgetting the original intention and working hard to build a first-class discipline.
