摘  要:目的 了解长兴县自产大米中镉污染及分布情况,分析长期摄入自产大米对人群肾脏健康的影响。方法 从长兴县各乡镇(街道)采集农户自种自食大米样品425份,检测大米样品的镉含量,对各乡镇大米镉超标率进行分析。从采样的农户中,选取符合要求的居民进行尿沉渣管型检测,按照大米中镉含量的标准限值,将居民分为食用镉超标大米组和食用镉未超标大米组,比较2组之间的尿沉渣管型阳性率是否有差异。结果 425份大米样品中镉超标率为6.82%(29/425),其中小浦镇、煤山镇自产大米镉超标率高于其他乡镇(街道),食用镉超标大米组居民的尿沉渣管型阳性率高于食用镉未超标大米组。结论 长兴县部分乡镇(街道)种植大米存在镉污染情况,且已对种植户居民肾脏健康造成一定影响,建议有关部门加大监测力度,查明镉污染来源,采取相应防控措施。Objective This paper aims to understand the pollution and distribution of cadmium in the rice produced in Changxing County, and analyze the impact of long-term intake on the kidney health of the local consumers. Methods A total of 425 rice samples were collected from each township(sub-district) in Changxing County, and the cadmium contents of the rice samples were analyzed. From the sampled consumers who met the requirements were selected for urinary sediment cast detection. According to the standard limit of cadmium content in rice, the residents are divided into the group eating rice with cadmium contents exceeding the standard and another group eating rice with cadmium not exceeding the standard, and the differences in the positive rate of urinary sediment casts between the two groups were conducted for comparison. Results The excessing rate of cadmium in the 425 rice samples was 6.82%(29/425). Among them, the excessing rates of cadmium in rice produced in Xiaopu Town and Meishan Town were higher than that in other towns(sub-districts). The positive rate was higher than that of the group eating rice without cadmium contents exceeding the standard. Conclusion There is cadmium pollution in rice planting in some towns(sub-districts) in Changxing County, and it has a certain impact on the kidney health of consumers. It is recommended that relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring to identify the source of cadmium pollution, and take prevention and control measures.
