摘　　要：[研究目的]信息时代向智能时代转型的历史大变局中,挑战与机遇并存的军事情报学,其学科发展的当务之急,是推进学科范式革命,即由学科前的准学科经验实证范式向公认、成熟的理论演绎学科范式转变。[研究方法]综合运用系统分析、比较研究、跨学科借鉴等方法,回归学科基本问题,铸牢学理根基。[研究结论]军事情报学未来发展的着力点在于“把握五对关系”:一是在情报理论与情报实践关系上,引入自然科学原理,将军事情报实战经验提纯为学术理论,牢固军事情报基础理论学理链条;二是在本学科与相关学科关系上,化“杂学”为专业,推动跨学科知识集成、吸收、转化的标准化规范化;三是在中外情报学知识体系关系上,“变美国腔为中国话”,构建我国总体国家安全观下的军事情报学学术话语体系;四是在沉淀学科经典方向与培塑新兴学域关系上,补实践能力短板、盯发展趋势,在情报融合管理、人工智能情报等新兴领域强化学理引领;五是在学科知识生成与学科知识管理关系上,聚合多院校(机构)学科方向、学科团队、学科平台、学科成果,推动军事情报学术组织学科化,设立制定学科标准的学术指导机构。[Research purpose]In the great historical changes of the transformation from the information age to the intelligent age,the primary task of the discipline development of China's military intelligence science,which coexists with challenges and opportunities,is to promote the paradigm revolution of military intelligence disciplines,that is,from the empirical paradigm of quasi-disciplinary experience before the discipline to the paradigm of recognized and mature theoretical deduction.[Research method]In order to cast a solid foundation of academic theory,this paper comprehensively uses methods of systematic analysis,comparative researchand interdisciplinary reference to return to the basic problems of the discipline and restart.[Research conclusion]The first which is in the relationship between intelligence theory and intelligence practice is to introduce natural science principles,purify the actual combat experience of military intelligence into academic theories,and strengthen the basic theoretical and theoretical chain of military intelligence.The second which is in the relationship between this discipline and related disciplines is to turn "miscellaneous studies" into specialties and promote the standardization of interdisciplinary knowledge integration,absorption and transformation.The third which is in terms of the relationship between Chinese and foreign information science knowledge systems is to change American discourse into Chinese discourse",and construct the academic discourse system of military information science under the overall national security concept.The fourth which is in the relationship between the classic direction of the precipitated discipline and the cultivation of emerging academic fields is to make up for the shortcomings of practical ability and keep an eye on the development trend,and strengthen the guidance of academic theory in emerging fields such as intelligence fusion management and artificial intelligence.The fifth which is in the relationship between discipline knowledge genera
