摘 要:在分析达州高等教育资源状况的基础上,探讨了达州高等教育服务区域经济社会发展的资源优势与现实困境。借鉴国内外地方高校服务区域经济社会的经验与范例,提出确立服务地方理念、主动回应需求,坚持差异化建设高水平大学、支撑地方经济社会发展,对接重点产业集群、优化布局学科专业群,创新教师队伍建设模式、强化应用型人才培养,搭建产教融合校地合作平台、激发服务地方社会动力,共建新型智库和研究院、支撑政府战略决策和乡村振兴,开阔教育视野、提升中外合作办学水平,传承创新地方文化品牌、增强大学文化辐射引领效应等路径与策略,以期提升服务达州经济社会发展的能力与质量。This study explores the resource advantages and realistic dilemmas of Dazhou's higher education serving regional economic and social development,draws lessons from the experience and examples of local universities at home and abroad,and proposes to establish the concept of serving local areas,actively respond to demands,persist in building high-level universities in differentiation,support local economic and social development,connect key industrial clusters,optimize the layout of disciplines and specialties,innovate the construction mode of teachers,and strengthen the cultivation of applied talents.Build a platform for cooperation between industry and education,stimulate the power to serve local society,build new think tanks and research institutes,support the government's strategic decision-making and rural revitalization,broaden the educational horizon,improve the level of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,inherit and innovate local cultural brands,and enhance the leading effect of university culture radiation,so as to improve the ability and quality of serving Dazhou's economic and social development.
