摘　　要：当前我国高等职业教育更加重视受教育者的综合素质教育,提升学生就业质量已成为高职院校共识。在多角度研究高职学生就业质量认知与评价的基础上,全面分析高职院校人文素质教育和学生就业现状,提出提升高职学生就业质量的对策:营造奋进和谐的工作氛围,开展健康向上的文化体育活动;提高人际交往和沟通能力,争取合理薪酬水平和工作价值;关注高职学生的身心特点,强化师资队伍对职业能力认知;拓展改革人文素质课程,重视社会单位对学生素质评价。Currently,higher vocational education in China attaches more importance to the com-prehensive quality education of the educated,and it has become the consensus of higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of students'employment.On the basis of studying the cognition and evaluation of vocational college students'employment quality from multiple perspectives,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of humanistic quality education and students'employment in vocational colleges,and proposes countermeasures to improve the employment quality of vocational college students:creating an enterprising and harmonious working atmosphere,and carrying out healthy and upward cultural and sports activities;improving interpersonal and communication skills,striving for reasonable salary levels and work value;paying attention to the physical and mental characteristics of vocational college students,and strengthening the teachers'cognition of vocational abilty;as well as expanding and reforming the humanities quality curriculum,and attaching importance to the evaluation of students'quality by social units.
