摘　　要：芬伯格通过技术批判理论表达了一种不同于技术工具论和技术实体论中有关技术的观点。芬伯格从技术代码出发,进一步提出了工具化理论和技术民主化理论,探索出一条可选择的现代性道路。数字经济是一种新的经济形式,它不断兴盛的基础在于数字技术的进步,数字技术相较于以往的技术具有许多新的特点,这使得数字经济也相较于传统的经济形式更为包容和便捷。基于芬伯格的技术批判理论来分析数字经济以及其背后的核心数字技术发现,数字经济的发展能够产生新的技术代码,并且借助工具化理论,数字经济有机会使技术民主化成为可能,数字经济具有极强的民主和现代性潜能。但是,盲目扩张的数字经济也存在巨大的风险和隐患,因此,只有深入分析数字经济发展的负面效应,并积极采取有效措施促进数字经济的良性发展,才有希望为人类社会的现代性开辟全新的道路。Feenberg’s critical theory of technology expressed a view of technology that is different from that in instrumentalism of technology and entity theory of technology.Based on the technical code,Feenberg further proposed the theory of instrumentalization and the theory of democratization of technology,and explored an alternative path of modernity.The digital economy is a new economic form.The basis for its continuous prosperity lies in the advancement of digital technology.Compared with previous technologies,digital technology has many new features,which makes the digital economy more inclusive and convenient than traditional economic forms.Based on Feenberg’s critical theory of technology,the digital economy and the core digital technologies behind it are analyzed.It is found that the development of the digital economy can generate new technical codes,and with the help of the instrumentalization theory,the digital economy has the opportunity to make the democratization of technology possible.It can be seen that the digital economy has a strong potential for democracy and modernity.However,the blindly expanding digital economy also has huge risks and hidden dangers.Therefore,only by thoroughly analyzing the negative effects of the development of the digital economy and actively taking effective measures to promote the sound development of the digital economy can we open up new path for the modernity of human society.
