摘 要:为厘清父母参与、学校适应与学业成绩三者之间的关系,并了解父母参与对随迁子女学业成绩的影响,对1542名初中生进行问卷调查。结果发现:随迁子女的父母参与程度与学校适应水平均有待提高;父母参与可正向预测随迁子女学校适应和学业成绩,且学校适应在父母参与对学业成绩的影响中起部分中介作用。为了提升随迁子女的父母参与程度和学校适应水平,改善学生学业成绩,需要完善终身学习体系,增强父母可行能力;健全协同育人机制,营创教育“多重影响域”;强化积极心理资本,提升学生应对危机的能力。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1542 junior high school students in order to clarify the relationship among parental involvement,school adjustment and academic achievement,and to understand the influence mechanism of parental involvement on the academic performance of migrant children.The results show that the parental involvement and school adjustment level of the migrant children need to be improved;parental involvement can positively predict school adjustment and academic performance of the migrant children,and school adjustment plays the mediating role in the influence of parental involvement on academic achievement.In order to improve the level of parental participation and school adaptation level of migrant children and promote students’academic performance,it is necessary to perfect the lifelong learning system and improve the parent’feasible ability,enhance the cooperative education mechanism and create a“multiple influence domain”of education,and strengthen positive psychological capital and improve students’ability to cope with crisis.
