摘  要:目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定大米中铅、镉、汞、砷和铬的分析方法。方法:样品经过微波消解仪消化定容后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定铅、镉、汞、砷、铬含量。结果:铅、镉、砷和铬在1~200μg·L^(-1)、汞在0.05~2.00μg·L^(-1)内线性良好,加标回收率为96.2%~99.0%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.9%。结论:本法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度及精密度高等优点,适用于大米中铅、镉、汞、砷、铬5种重金属元素的同时测定。Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and chromium in rice by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Method:After the sample was digested and determined by microwave digestion instrument,the content of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and chromium was determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Result:The five heavy metals showed good linearity that 1~200μg·L^(-1) for Pb,Cd,As and Cr,and 0.05~2.00μg·L^(-1) for Hg.Spiked recoveries ranged from 96.2%~99.0%.Samples were also analysed in five times parallel experiments,giving the value of the relative standard deviation ranged from 2.8%~3.9%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simplicity,speed,accuracy,sensitivity and high precision.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of five heavy metal elements:lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and chromium in rice.
